I really like this little cutting, it's got a nice size leaf sticking out. Sometimes with the monstera what happens is the leaf will come out first so that the plants can utilize the new leaf to photosynthesize and then it will create roots. Sometimes the plant will create roots first and then put out a leaf which is more common in my experience. What's nice about this cutting is within a few weeks there will be a small juvenile leaf and the cutting should move along pretty nicely once the leaf emerges. You can kind of see the variegation starting in the leaf. Awesome little cutting.
